We have a 14 day, no B.S. policy that guarantees 100% satisfaction with every order. Our Return/Refund policy is good for 14 days from the delivery confirmation during the months of Jan-Sept. During the months of Oct-Dec we understand many people may be shopping for holiday gifts, so we will extend our return policy out to Jan15th. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of any successful business, and Aggressive Thread is no exception.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return we require any of the following:

- Order number
- Delivery address
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
